Join us for an all-day training session on How To Start an Adult Day Center in Michigan. Session #2 will be held on Wednesday, November 7 at the Hannah Community Center in East Lansing from 9 am until 3 pm. This session will focus on the logistics of operating a successful program. We will explore the importance of documentation and measurable outcomes, job descriptions and staffing concerns, program activities and services, focused marketing, and we will give an introduction on how to effectively communicate with and serve individuals living with dementia. Several Adult Day Service professionals will present and be available for questions. A notebook and informative hand-outs will be provided.
