How to Start a Center Training - Session #1

Join us for an all-day training session on How To Start an Adult Day Center in Michigan. Session #1 will be held on Tuesday, May 7 at the Hannah Community Center in East Lansing from 9 am until 3 pm. This session will focus on considerations for opening a successful program. Topics will include funding and revenue streams, how to determine your community’s needs, creating a budget, making a business plan, awareness marketing, and types of facilities and equipment. Several Adult Day Service professionals will present and be available for questions. A notebook and informative hand-outs will be provided.
